Lucas Rengifo-Keller
Lucas Rengifo-Keller was a research analyst at the Peterson Institute for International Economics from January 2022 to June 2024. He worked with Executive Vice President and Director of Studies Marcus Noland on issues related to gender diversity, illicit drug trade, and North Korea.
Prior to joining the Institute, Rengifo-Keller was an associate at Charles River Associates, where he worked on antitrust litigation and research. He also spent time as a research assistant at the Georgetown University Initiative on Innovation, Development and Evaluation (gui2de), a development economics research center.
Rengifo-Keller earned a bachelor's degree in economics and a minor in mathematics from Georgetown University. He is fluent in Spanish and proficient in Portuguese.
