Thomas Emmons

Thomas Emmons was a research analyst at the Peterson Institute June 2008 through July 2009 and worked with Senior Fellow William R. Cline. His areas of research include exchange rates, financial globalization, and climate change. He assisted Cline and John Williamson with their annual estimates of fundamental equilibrium exchange rates (published as PIIE Policy Briefs) and with the forthcoming book by Cline on Financial Globalization, Economic Growth, and the Crisis of 2007-09. He graduated from Swarthmore College with a BA in physics in 2008.
