The OECD report focuses on policy reforms to accelerate the transition to a green economy while avoiding fragmentation of the world's trading system. These reforms include policies to spur green investment and the decarbonization of the economy, and policies to address the risks of disruptions to global value chains without eroding efficiency gains.
