Defining Success at the Upcoming WTO Ministerial Conference (MC12)

The world’s multilateral trade organization, the WTO, is facing another test in two weeks, the first under a new Director-General and with a new U.S. Administration, a new EU Commission, among other important changes in the players. While the outcome is uncertain on several key issues, including whether 164 Members can agree on a declaration, there will likely be some positive outcomes worth taking note of.
