For those of our readers in San Diego, I am organizing an event at the Graduate School of Global Policy and Strategy at UCSD on the fourth nuclear test on January 19th. The roundtable will be held from 5-6:30 in the Gardner Room in the Robinson Building Complex. I will be joined by:

Lynn Turk, Coordinator for US-DPRK Affairs, US Department of State, (1994-1995). Led first-ever US diplomatic mission to Pyongyang (1994), member of negotiating team on Agreed Framework and adviser to London-based investment fund focused on North Korea (2000-2007).
