Labor Practices and Transformative Engagement

Back in March, the US-Korea Institute at SAIS released a paper that I did for them on South Korean employment practices in North Korea based on an original survey of South Korean firms operating in the DPRK.  I have produced a more user-friendly (i.e. shorter, more opinionated, less statistical) version of this research for the Peterson Institute Policy Brief series.  If you didn’t catch the paper the first time around, here’s a chance to do so in what I hope is a relatively painless way.
