View allLast Thursday, Vice President Joe Biden delivered a speech at the Center for American Progress on U.S. policy towards the broader Asia-Pacific region. As can be expected, the content is pretty China-heavy, but that doesn't mean Biden can’t throw a few barbs North Korea’s way.
