Asiapress has put out an “iPad edition” of the 2010 Rimjin-gang report focusing on everyday life in North Korea discussed in an earlier post. The text is the same as the original report; the only difference is that the photos are now reproduced in color. The 15 page introduction is downloadable for free; the remaining 15 chapters are organized into four parts: “An economy in ruins,” “Uncovering the true state of a hidden people,” “the Kim Jong-il regime and the people,” and “oppression,” each available for download for $15.
