Kim Jong-un is actively re-branding the Kim Family regime--repositioning himself as a more youth-oriented leader, making "fun fairs" one of the commanding heights prioritized for development, and even turning up on the Today Show riding a rollercoaster.
But we were totally blown away, when we read the Rodong Shinmun account of his 3 August speech which climaxes with a call for "the production of quality grass...required by people." Holy smokes! All that stuff in the speech about lighting torches--who knew that he meant firing up spliffs?
