Sarah Allen
Sarah Allen is the digital marketing lead at the Peterson Institute for International Economics. Before joining the Institute, she served as director of marketing at Move For Hunger, a nonprofit focused on combating food insecurity across the United States. There, she led marketing strategy and national campaigns, supporting brand growth and increasing the organization's visibility and impact.
Allen has spent nearly a decade working in the think tank space, most recently at the Center for Global Development. There, she built and led a digital team, driving audience growth and aligning strategy across web, social media, and paid channels. She also previously managed a quarterly magazine for a nonprofit in the laboratory science sector, and worked as a language instructor in Yamaguchi, Japan.
She holds a BA in Spanish and visual media from American University's School of Communication, with a minor in Japanese.
