International Orders
To order books from outside the United States, please see information for international customers.

Individuals and Businesses

All orders from individuals must be prepaid in US dollars by check, money order, or credit card. Businesses may prepay, or, in the United States only, use a purchase order (order must be for $50 or more). Customers outside the United States are required to purchase through their local distributor if one has been designated for their country.

Standing Orders

Standing order customers receive each new Institute publication as soon as it is available. Institutions placing a standing order are billed at a 20 percent discount on single copies and a 30 percent discount on multiple copies of the same title. Call (800) 522-9139 for additional information.

Information for International Customers

Please refer to our list of International Distributors if you wish to ship to an address outside the United States. Purchasing books through the distributor closest to you will save you time and money.

If there is not a distributor in your country, you may order directly from our online bookstore. You must choose the international shipping option; please allow 7-9 weeks for delivery to international addresses. International shipping charges are $7.50 for the first book and $4.50 for each additional book.

Courier Services

International customers may request courier services (FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc.), but actual charges will be applied. This option is only available by contacting our fulfillment department at (0 + 01) 800-522-9139 or (0 + 01) 703-661-1574 or petersonmail@presswarehouse.com. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard (US) Time.
